The latest Research and Development center of Box, the leading content management platform, now finds its home in Varso Tower, Warsaw, the tallest building in the EU, signaling Poland’s growing appeal among global companies.

Since 2020, Box has hired over 300 specialists in Poland, with a strong focus on technical roles. Varso Tower’s selection as the R&D hub underscores Poland’s emerging reputation for technical expertise across engineering, design, information security, finance, and people operations. Collaborating with local talent in designing the facility showcases Box’s respect for Poland’s cultural heritage.

Poland’s importance was underscored by Box’s Senior Vice President of Engineering, Thierry Chassaing, who noted, “Our thriving engineering teams drive Box’s product roadmap and strategic growth. Establishing our largest R&D site outside California marks a pivotal moment.” Rafal Szczepanski, Senior Director, Engineering and Site Leader in Poland emphasized: “We look forward to continuing to hire exceptional and diverse talent in Poland, putting our positive culture at the forefront of everything we do.”

This move highlights Poland’s increasing attractiveness to global enterprises, accentuating its dedication to fostering innovation and collaboration.
