Inetum, IT services company providing digital services and solutions, announced a take-over of the Polish IT company JCommerce. The Inetum solutions are used by entities in 24 countries, with the key markets in the United Kingdom, Britain, Switzerland, Germany, Scandinavia, and Poland as well. Belonging to the global Inetum Group, the company achieved revenues of PLN 100 million in 2021. The acquisition allows the group to reinforce its position on Poland’s offshore market.
JCommerce is a Polish IT company specializing in technology consulting, designing IT transformation strategies, and software testing. With over 300 employees and revenue of 17 million euros in 2021, it has become a partner in the digital transformation of large clients from the financial services, trade, and healthcare sectors.

At the same time, the largest SAP implementation partner in the German-speaking area, All for One Group SE, announced the acquisition of a majority stake of shares in SNP Poland. SNP Poland is the leading provider of SAP services with a team of more than 400 employees. The acquisition aims to strengthen the development strategy, especially in the field of SAP S/4HANA transformation and large international projects. SNP Poland’s revenues amounted to around EUR 13 million and EBIT of EUR 1,0 million.
