Global IT company NFQ Technologies announced the launch in Poland

Polish business portal Inwestycje.pl: NFQ Technologies is looking for employees in Poland. NFQ Technologies, a Lithuanian-German IT company that helps global brands implement innovations, has registered its Polish branch in Cracow. Over the next few years, NFQ plans to hire 100 experienced specialists.

NFQ is one of the biggest IT companies in Lithuania hiring about 800 people in every branch around the world and has been on the market for over 20 years. It implements projects for software engineering and product development, business digitalization, BI, and data science, and also provides UX, UI, CRO, and consulting services, for travel, omnichannel retail, transport, logistics, and sharing economy businesses across the globe.

The Polish branch will help implement projects for NFQ Technologies’ current clients, including many global start-ups and leading brands from various fields. These are among others: HomeToGo Kayak, HansNatur, Smarketer Alaiko, Weezy.

Paulius Insoda highlights that decision about expansion in Poland results from the high competencies of Polish engineers, competitive environment, their attitude towards work efficiency, and a large number of Polish technical universities. Moreover, Poland has an excellent infrastructure for running a business.

NFQ decided to choose Poland after analyzing several potential locations. Not only are onsite employees in demand but also those interested in remote or hybrid work. The company is looking for employees with an impact on NFQ development in Poland, in particular with competencies in such fields: JVM, C#/.NET, +Javascript, Mobile native, Python, TypeScript, and PHP, project management, business analysis, data analysis, and HR.
