Google presents the largest cloud technology development centre in Warsaw

The tech giant Google emphasizes its presence in Poland. It opened the facility of cloud technology on the 25th of October in Warsaw. The capital of Poland becomes all the more attractive for Google investments.
Warsaw Mayor Rafał Trzaskowski attended the opening of the new office and said that this “is an example of an initiative that contributes to building a knowledge-based economy and influences the economic development of our metropolis. It also allows to effectively compete with other cities in Europe and the world for the title of a leader. A leader who attracts investments, capital and talents and with whom it is worth tie-up for a long time”.
Magdalena Kotlarczyk, Google Polska CEO, believes that the team in Warsaw will significantly expand over the next few years and attract dozens of talented engineers all around the world.
Google has been present in Poland since 2006. In April, this year it announced the opening of a cloud region in Warsaw.Google’s development in Poland is accelerating and the polish team is becoming bigger. Under the #Warsaw2030 Strategy is to maintain the title of a leader and to engage the attention of technological talents from Poland and abroad.
