On June 6, award-winning iGaming platform provider GR8 Tech unveiled its latest hub in Warsaw, Poland. Embracing a remote-first strategy since the Covid-19 pandemic, GR8 Tech continues to support its diverse international tech teams by offering flexible and comfortable work environments.

Alongside enabling home office setups, the company establishes local hubs in key locations where its employees are concentrated and where IT recruitment is active. These hubs, now situated in several European cities including Cyprus, Czechia, and Poland, provide employees with the choice to work in an office-like setting if desired.

This initiative is part of GR8 Tech’s ongoing commitment to providing the best possible working conditions for its employees, no matter where they choose to work. These efforts were recently recognized with the Best Workplace 2024 award by SiGMA Americas Awards. The new Warsaw hub will serve as a convenient workspace for the many specialists already based in Poland, as well as new recruits. It will also be accessible to any GR8 Tech employees traveling internationally who require a professional workspace.

The launch of the Warsaw hub aligns with GR8 Tech’s broader strategic goals across Europe, particularly in Poland. Recently, GR8 Tech participated as a technology partner in Poland’s largest IT festival, Code Europe, held on June 10-11 in Krakow, where Chief Talent Officer Tetiana Davydova presented a talk on “Mastering the Science of Negotiation: Secrets to Successful Dialogue in Tech.”
