NVIDIA Invests in Polish AI Startup ElevenLabs

September 30, 2025

NVIDIA has made a strategic investment in Polish-founded AI audio company ElevenLabs, marking a significant boost for one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI startups. The deal, confirmed by ElevenLabs CEO and co-founder Mati Staniszewski, follows the company’s rapid expansion and recent $100 million tender offer at a $6.6 billion valuation — double its Series C valuation just nine months earlier.

ElevenLabs – From Warsaw to the World

Founded in 2022, ElevenLabs has quickly established itself as a leader in AI audio research and deployment, building cutting-edge voice and music-generation technologies. Over the past year, the company has expanded its UK workforce from 18 to 68 and its U.S. team from 10 to 61, while also growing its European headcount nearly fourfold. ElevenLabs now operates from offices in New York, San Francisco, Warsaw, Bangalore, Tokyo, and London.

ElevenLabs technology is already in use at Cisco, Epic Games, Adobe, Aston Martin F1, Synthesia, and NVIDIA, spanning applications from customer support to video game development. Beyond commercial ventures, the company has also launched initiatives to support accessibility, providing free voice licenses to patients with ALS and MND.

Moreover, in August, ElevenLabs launched Eleven Music as the next step in building the world’s most comprehensive AI audio platform.

Reflecting these accomplishments, co-founder and CEO Mati Staniszewski was recently named to the TIME100 AI 2025 list of the most influential figures shaping the industry.

Partnership with NVIDIA

The NVIDIA investment builds on years of collaboration. ElevenLabs relies on NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs and accelerated software to deliver scalable real-time AI voice solutions in more than 70 languages. NVIDIA’s CEO Jensen Huang has been a long-time supporter — even using ElevenLabs’ technology to deliver parts of his Computex keynote in English and Mandarin.

“Whenever my voice is delivered digitally using artificial intelligence, it’s the ElevenLabs platform that I’m using,” said Huang. “Text-to-speech is artistry — and you are doing this at scale.”

Just days earlier, NVIDIA announced a £2 billion investment into the UK’s AI startup ecosystem, working with funds such as Accel, Air Street Capital, Balderton, Hoxton Ventures, and Phoenix Court to expand access to capital, supercomputing, and AI infrastructure across London, Oxford, Cambridge, and Manchester. For ElevenLabs, NVIDIA’s backing represents both validation and momentum as it scales globally.

“We’re excited to share that NVIDIA is investing in ElevenLabs, with Jensen Huang’s support,” said Staniszewski. “With our roots growing deeper in both the UK and US, we couldn’t be more optimistic about the road ahead.”

Polish Startups on The Global Stage

ElevenLabs’ meteoric rise highlights the strength of Poland’s startup ecosystem, which has become a breeding ground for globally competitive tech companies. With a highly skilled workforce, robust academic foundations, and access to the broader European market, Poland is increasingly recognized as a hub for innovation and entrepreneurship.
