Poland is set to establish a pioneering “AI Factory” at the Academic Computer Centre CYFRONET AGH in Kraków. The facility will serve as an innovation hub where AI solutions are developed, tested, and implemented.

According to Deputy Minister of Digital Affairs Dariusz Standerski, who spoke with the Polish Press Agency (PAP), the AI Factory will focus on fostering collaboration within the broader European AI ecosystem, benefiting from support from the European Commission. Unlike traditional factories, the AI Factory will act as a cutting-edge platform for AI innovation, providing Poland with the computing power and data resources needed to drive advancements in artificial intelligence.
