Emerging Europe has released the IT Landscape: Future of IT report that analyses IT sectors in 23 countries from Central and South-Eastern Europe. Poland was named “a true ICT powerhouse” and the most competitive country and is followed by Estonia and the Czech Republic in Emerging Europe’s IT Competitiveness Index 2021. The report gives a regional overview of the IT sector in CEE, talent pool description, costs as well as room for potential growth. Its authors claim that it is “the first-ever independent survey of its kind to be carried out in emerging Europe” and it “looks at the ICT sector in all 23 countries of the region using the same methodology to understand how each country contributes to the size of the regional market”.
