I. Definitions

Do IT in Poland is a trademark owned by Winged IT.

Administrator – refers to Winged IT, a limited liability company headquartered in Katowice (40-568), at 103 Ligocka Street, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, VIII Commercial Department under KRS number 0000685708, NIP: 6342899277, Regon: 367741723, which offers electronic services and stores and accesses information on User’s devices.

Cookies – refer to computer data, specifically small text files, that are recorded and stored on the devices through which the User accesses the Website.

Own Cookies – refer Cookies placed by the Administrator, associated with the provision of electronic services by the Administrator through the Service.

External Cookies – represent Cookies placed by the Administrator’s partners via the Service’s website.

Service – represents the website or application through which the Administrator operates, functioning within the doitinpoland.com domain(s).

Device – represents an electronic device through which the User accesses the Service.

User – refers to an entity to whom, in accordance with the Regulations and legal requirements, electronic services may be provided or with whom an Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be established.

II. Types of Cookies used

The Cookies employed by the Administrator are safe for the User’s Device. In particular, by this means they cannot introduce viruses or other unwanted software or malware into the User’s Device. These cookies allow to identify the software used by the User and to customize the Service individually for each User. Typically, cookies include the domain of origin, the duration of storage on the Device, and the assigned value.

The Administrator uses two types of cookies:

Session cookies: these are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until the session of a given browser ends. The stored information is then permanently deleted from the Device’s memory. The session cookie mechanism prevents the collection of personal or confidential data from the User’s Device. 

Persistent cookies: these are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending the session of a given browser or switching off the Device does not remove them from the User Device. The persistent cookie mechanism also prohibits the collection of personal or confidential data from the User Device.

Users have the option to restrict or disable cookie access on their Device. Using this option, it is still possible to use the Website, except for functions that require cookies by their nature.

III. Purposes for which Cookies are used

1. The Administrator uses Custom Cookies for the following purposes: 

a. Service configuration

  • adapting the content of the Website to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of the Website’s pages.
  • recognition of the Service User’s device and appropriate display of the website, tailored to their individual needs.

b. Ensuring a session of a User on the Website

  • adapting the content of the Service’s websites to User preferences and optimizing their use. These files enable the recognition of the User’s Device’s basic parameters and the appropriate display of the website to meet individual needs 

d. Analysis and research, as well as audience audit

  • generating anonymous statistics that aid in understanding how Service Users utilize the Service’s websites, thereby improving their structure and content.

2. The service administrator uses External Cookies for the following purposes:

IV. Options for Determining Conditions for Storing or Accessing Cookies

Users can independently and at any time modify their cookie settings, specifying the conditions for storage and access by Cookies to their Device. These settings can be adjusted through their Internet browser or service configuration. Users can, for example, block automatic cookie handling in their web browser settings or receive notifications about cookie placement on their Device. Users can delete Cookies at any time using the functions provided by the Internet browser they use. Restricting the use of Cookies may impact some of the Website’s available functionality.
