Established in 1973, Mynavi, is one of the biggest HR companies in Japan with offices in Japan, USA, South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, India, and Poland. Mynavi has been developing the new business fields out of Japan for several years. We have started our first activity in Europe in 2020 based in Warsaw, because we came to know that Poland had significantly advanced IT/AI industries and a lot of highly educated talented people.

In Japan, many companies are now struggling with the problem of labour shortage. We aim to introduce European innovative technologies to Japan and to connect European IT/AI talents to Japanese companies. The remote or online scheme has enabled us to discover several business opportunities not only in Poland but also all over the EU, beyond the expectations under current pandemic difficult circumstances. At the same time we are looking for the chances for direct investment into Poland.

Needless to say, the geographic advantage of Poland is fairly attractive; situated in the very centre of CEE, from Scandinavia or Baltic Sea in North to Balkan Peninsula in South. Poland should be an ideal base for Mynavi's future innovative business in Europe.
